Service Description

Our creative healing sessions help you move from emotional unraveling to spiritual and emotional clarity by using faith, reflection, and creative symbolism to begin mending. If you don’t sew, no worries, we will use the language of sewing to help put things back together to help make sense of your situation (no sewing skills required). (6) 30 min. private coaching sessions package for $200. My Signature 3-Step Creative Healing – Mending Faith Framework (what it is built upon, Stitch, Strengthen & Support) Using the Strategy (for implementation) of Rest – Reset – Reestablish. Coaching Plan: Together, we will use the strategy to: ✔ Help you find Rest: Name and define what feels tangled, torn, or unfinished ✔ Help you to Re-Set: Design a personalized healing focus for this season of your life through sewing ✔ Help you to Reestablish: Create (develop) a simple, faith-centered action plan to prepare your hands to creatively, stitch (restore) your heart back together Please Note: There will be 6 (30 minute) sessions for the price shown. Materials: Includes 3 workbooks. You can choose one of the activities for your session package: Sewing, Non-Sewing (Arts & Crafts, Journaling, or Prayer & Scripture). NOTE: Sewing materials and other supplies are not included.
